The project ELeVATE has as an objective to develop pathways to overcome the obstacles preventing females from pursuing a VET career in the net-zero technologies for the Smart Electricity for Buildings (SEB) sector.
Key Deliverables
ELeVATE aim's to increase the participation of females in the green technology sector
ELeVATE brings together a complementary alliance of VET providers, universities, companies in Smart Electricity for Buildings (SEB), public employment services (PES), chambers/NGOs, and municipalities across Greece, Italy, Spain, Germany, and North Macedonia. Together we cover the full pathway—from classroom to lab to workplace to policy.
